I was feeling super sluggish one month and it was right around the time I have my yearly physical. My physician suggested a testosterone test and I was shocked by the results. Maybe the lethargic, slow, and excessive need for sleep was because my numbers were in the cellar. So, I started looking at HGH, steroids, and other alternatives. My IG/FB feed became all testosterone all the time.
Before I decided to try any product I decided...let's see what we can do naturally. Sleep more, cut the sugars/excessive carbs, and lift heavy. That seemed to help. Then I added in contrast therapy. Sauna followed by cold plunge. I was really feeling the results!
This is a one week boost. Workouts, meal plan, and contrast therapy plan. I have tried it myself and I would suggest give it a month (4 weeks). You can modify as needed but it is a plan. Keep fighting the good fight and know we can make changes with DISCIPLINE!
